Plan the scaffold before the truck leaves the yard

Most delays start before erection. The drawing shows a facade, but the first lift has to clear a podium, a hoarding line, or a live loading bay. If those constraints are not on the order, the yard sends a standard bay and the crew spends the first day adapting it.

Ask three questions before the load is packed. What is the working height and the deck load? Where can standards land, and where must the scaffold tie? Which trade takes the scaffold first, and which trade has to pass through it?

Write the answers into the hire list. Standards, ledgers, transoms, braces, and boards then match the first sequence, and the return load is planned before the scaffold is even standing. That is how a Sharjah yard keeps a Dubai or Northern Emirates programme from waiting on a missing ledger.
